Quote from Waxingmedia on July 13, 2021, 02:40Hello.
I have some products where the product featured image won't display on a quick search filter results page. Featured images that were already on the site appear to work fine. However, any featured images that I added to existing product via a WP Allimport import don't display the featured image on the quick search filter results page. The images do, however, display everywhere else on the site. When I inspect a product on a quick search filter result, it just shows the path to the placeholder image. Any idea what may have gone wrong? Is there anyway I can force WOOF to see the newly added featured images?
Thanks in advance!
PS. I do have the premium plugin, but had to ping a colleague to get the purchase code.

example: 1216 2-AXIS AXIAL TORSION LOAD CELL (3rd row, 1st column) If you click on it, (https://interface21.wpengine.com/products/multi-axis-sensors/2-axis/1216-2-axis-axial-torsion-load-cell/) you'll see that there is a featured image assigned to it. It shows everywhere else on the site except the quick search results.

As I can see on the search page(and it doesn't depend on my plugin) this product has no image - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210714134333.png
You can disable my plugin and do a test - https://interface21.wpengine.com/?s=c&post_type=product

Quote from Waxingmedia on July 14, 2021, 17:52thanks. I figured it out. I reassembled the data file, but that didn't work. However, after disabling the plugin and then reassembling the data file worked.
thanks again!

Quote from Waxingmedia on August 9, 2021, 03:49Hi again.
I'm having an issue with images not showing in my quicksearch results if the user is not logged into wordpress. Logged in users see the images.
To prepare for the site launch, I recently did a find and replace in the database to find "https://interface21.wpengine.com/" and replace with "/" because the site would be on a different domain when live. I think doing that broke the background image paths for quicksearch items. See the attached screenshot. You can see that the URLs are now http:///wp-content/uploads.... Again, this is only happening for logged out visitors. I have cleared caches, deactivited and reactivated the plugin. I also searched the database for "http:///wp-content" to no avail. Any idea on how to fix this?
thanks in advance!

Quote from Waxingmedia on August 9, 2021, 04:18Some additional info. If I switch to grid 2, the images appear for logged out viewers. However, grid 2 uses an image tag <img __SRC__ alt="__TITLE__"> and grid 1 uses a bg url <div class="card__image card__image--fence" style="background-image: url(__IMG__)"></div>

Quote from Waxingmedia on August 10, 2021, 04:02Is this json file - wp-content/uploads/uploads_woof_turbo_mode/data_0000_xxx.json the same file that also builds the quick search functionality?
I've deactivated the plugin and deleted and rebuilt that json file and now I have multiple (6) occurrences of each product in quicksearch. I'm viewing in an incognito window, too. Images are still gone as well when using grid1 template.
thnx

Quote from Waxingmedia on August 10, 2021, 18:10Hello
I fixed it by deleting the quicksearch data file, rebuilding the file and then grabbing the img template variable from grid2 and putting it in grid 1 template. that fixed the issue with images not appearing for logged out users.
thanks!
