Some part of the filter doesn't work

I installed plugin to this website https://nitkanitka.ru/product-category/nabory-dlja-vyshivanija/ but some part of the filter doesn't work: https://gyazo.com/6781dc1781ef40b0aec40870eb8a108a There should be products but when I filter it there is no products on the page, and one part of the filter just dissaperd https://gyazo.com/3396975d1716e226e10c43797943b2f2. How to fix it?

PS I bought premium version form CodeCanyon but I don't see green button where I can leave info about my purchase.

Очень странно. Я проверил продукты - https://c2n.me/45JLdpx.png - почти все продукты с атрибутом"свободная" имеют категорию "Вышивка / Наборы для вышивания" значит счетчик корректный - https://c2n.me/45JLCq9.jpg

Похоже проблема с шаблоном.

Могу я отключить плагины/тему для теста?
