smart designer not loading

Hi, whenever I try to use the smart designer to edit the design of the checkboxes the page loads and then a second later it reloads to a white screen.
I’ve disabled all plugins and used default theme but issue still happens. I tried with php version 7.4 and 8.0.

Any ideas what’s going on or how to fix it?

What plugin version number are you use?
Is this error happening in the page editor or on the frontend?
it is on backend so I'm unable to style the filters how I'd like.
I'm using version 3.3.4.2 in combinations with xtra theme. I did try using 2023 theme and disabling all plugins but still get the white screen.
