Single product page is going very long cause of all variants appear in the sidebar

When I´m open a single product, all the filter attributes of my variants appear in the sidebar and the page is going very long. At the product category level, all filters are displayed as desired. My question now is whether I can hide the product filter or at least the attributes on a single product side, since no filtering is actually required here.
