Hi Pablo,

 

side panel with filters disappear after each selection. Auto submit is NO.  What I have to do?

You should contact support for the author of this side panel

Auto submit is NO   - No! I see that autosubmit is enabled

Update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato
