Hi dear support,

I’m using HUSKY (WOOF) to filter WooCommerce products.

My goal is to display only the subcategories of a specific parent category (e.g. ID 21) on certain pages — without showing unrelated categories.

Please note for the context :

  • that my category pages are custom pages built with Divi (not native WooCommerce category pages).
  • sample page provide is by default filtering on a specific category (ID 21)

What I’ve tried (unsuccessfully):

  • [woof tax_only='product_cat' include='21'] → still shows all categories

  • Custom front builders like [woof_front_builder name="filtrevideo"]

  • Hierarchy dropdown mode

  • Enabling dynamic recount + hide empty terms etc.

Need:
Be able to display only the subcategories of a given parent category on page load, without showing other categories or subcategories, and without affecting global filters.

Hello

Of course, on a custom page, the filter will not detect the category, and in this case, you should try to simulate the category page - https://gist.github.com/PavloBorysenko/e6c0c29d95bee661dc8eab929ce5d25d

and  use  attribute  taxonomies - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof

Fantastic ! looks like this is working now.
Will come back with other questions may be but it looks just perfect for now.

Welcome;)
