"Show More" Tab Issue

In the link above you can see I have a crazy amount of"Product Applications" in which I am wanting to only show 6 upon load with the"show more" option - as I have for the Product Equipment area. The rule says it can be applied to radio, checkboxes, labels and colors. I have the applications in the colors feature with the settings currently -
Show title label: Yes
Show Toggle Button: Yes
Not Toggled Terms Count: 6
It does show the"Show More" link but it is at the very end after all the icons.
