"Show Filter" Button on top on mobile phones

is there an easy way to always put the"Show Filter" button on mobile phones on top (instead of show products list first, in this case vertically above"Transportwagen 4er Set" ).

This shortcode does not display additional filters or any content. This shortcode simply overrides where the mobile filter button is displayed
