Dear Support-Team,,

I am having the following trouble with the woof products filter plugin and kindly ask for your help: shop page’s layout dramatically changes every time a filter is applied. This occurred immediately after having activated and deactivated the following options in the settings in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products Filter -> Options ->

a) Hide woof top panel buttons from no to yes, and

b) -> turbo mode - > enable turbo mode from no to yes.

Undoing these option changes didn’t solve the issue. I also checked for any conflicts with all other plugins, deactivated and activated the woof products filter plugin, cleared all caches – without success.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Masih

Hello Masih

This seems to be an incompatibility of the current theme with ajax mode

Hi Pablo,

many thanks. The Woof plugin was matching well with my theme. All was well until I activated the turbo mode.

However, the ajax mode (turbo mode) is now deactivated and still, the shop page's layout acts as if the ajax mode was activated.

How can I deactivate the ajax mode or undo these changes, please?

Kind regards,

Masih

Hello

Disable  ajax  mode.

the turbo mode is  ajax mode - So  disable  it
