Shop does not show

I was using the free version and thought maybe it was something to do with that, so I've purchased the pro version just now. My shop https://gittelsonjewelers.com/shop/ show zero products on the page with Woof installed. OR if I can get the sidebar to show, when selecting any sorting criteria at all I get a blank page.
How do I use this?

I don't think it has anything to do with my plugin.

I've literally been struggling with this for so long. I'm watching the video tutorials.. The above link in this support chain is https://gittelsonjewelers.com/shop/. Why in the work is WOOF showing on the page when I'm using it as a sidebar? This is the system shop page - there is not shortcode plugged in. Help!
