Hello,

I have been trying to setup a frontend filter in a elementor loop grid page, but not only I am not able to setup the ajax but also the autosubmit is not applied, I can see that the move chosen value to top works but no results are filtered.

The desired outcome would be the filter to be applied in the same page via ajax, can you please tell me how to achieve this?

You can check the one of the pages on this link: https://luxuryliterie.websiteteste.pt/categoria-produto/colchoes/

Thank you

Hello

Ajax filtering will not work with third party product display template.

Please disable ajax redraw in the filter settings

In Advanced->Options- check these options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241213114717.png

Hello,

With this changes it doesnt work with ajax but at least it works fine and loads the results on the same page.

Just a quick question, how can we change the thousands separator from"," to"."?
I have tried to change it on the Woocommerce settings but it didnt had any effect on the filter.

Thank you for your help.

Hello

Try in file - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\js\front.js -  change this code - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241217113944.png

Clear all cache and do a test

Hello,

Regarding this filter in a elementor loop grid page, the price filter is not working as you can see in this image: https://tinyurl.com/29s736wa

Can you please check it and tell me why this is not working?

Thank you

Hello

You  can disable my plugin and try this URL - https://luxuryliterie.pt/categoria-produto/colchoes/?min_price=100&max_price=200

Hello,

The same happens with your plugin disabled, as you can see here: https://tinyurl.com/2657zeol

So your current product template is not compatible with woocommerce.

You should write to the template author's support

But in this case like I have told it´s an elementor product loop grid that is even using the Hello Elementor theme, so the compatibility should not be the problem at all.

Anyway, thank you for your reply and I will try to check it with them.

Hello

so the compatibility should not be the problem at all.  - yes but have you seen the actual test

It might be enough to update the lookup table -> Woocommerce->Status->Tools -  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250402112948.png
