Hi. I am trying to customise my filter yet I have having diffilcuty

  • Certain attributes are not being added to the filter when I check them and save - UDAYY=TE its working now
  • When I click settings like 'show count' , and save, the save isn't registered.

I really would like to purchase this product due to another feature yet if the free version is bugggy I can't

php_value max_input_vars 300000

Hi. Its quite complicated to create a new FTP account with AWS Lightsail Wordpress.

Perhaps you can tell which files you need and I can send it to you? I am also happy to do a zoom screenshare or you can tell me what commands to put in the SSH and I can send you back the outputs

Perhaps you can tell which files you need and I can send it to you?  - I dont know! I need full access to investigate the problem. The problem is how you describe it, this is a unique error that have only you out of 100,000 users

I'm 99% sure that this problem is described in the article - https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works/  - and for you this code does not work because hosting restricts these settings.  I advise you to ask the hosting support
