Hello!

  1. We were able to 'Bulk Edit' all our"simple products" to set:

Manage Inventory: True

Allow Backorder: Allow, but notify customer

Great!

2. We are unable to set all the variant products according to the following settings:

2.1. Master Product - Should have"Manage Inventory: False".

2.2. Each Variant should have:

* Manage Inventory: True

* Allow Backorder: Allow, but notify customer

We were not able to make this setting / bulk edit on product variants.

 

Please advise how can we make this bulk edit to make sure all variants will be available for backorder.

Hi,

Another similar issue now though...

 

  1. Filter to specific brand
  2. Bulk Edit > Set"Allow Backorder" to"Do Not Allow" and also made sure to tick"Include Variations
  3. Perform 'Do Bulk Edit'

This operation has no effect, the items did not change to"Do Not Allow" in 'Allow Backorder' field.

 

Please advise.

What version of the plugin are you using?

Perhaps the result was not redrawn. Try checking on the product page

Hi,

We are trying to make the change through the"bulk editor" and not from the products editor. Please advise on how we should achieve this with the bulk editor.
