SEO URL Request [SEO text for nested filters]

We're setting up SEO Texts on filter pages. And seems like they doesn't work as expected or I don't understand the way it should work.
We have a rule for such an URL: /flower-hydrangea/ with some text
But also we have a nested URL /flower-hydrangea/occasion-to-sundays/ and we need them both to have different texts.
But for some reason only top level URL works

URL depth is set to three.
Plugin version is v.3.3.4.3

Try changing the order of the SEO Rules. The special case should be above
