Hi! We are using the latest wordpress version and the latest version of your plugin.
The selected filters wont clear themselves after clicking on the x mark or deleting them using backspace. The page reloads and the filters are still applied.

Ok, so I think I'm faster than premium support and already got this fixed. I turned off"automatic filter configuration" and now it works. Does this make any sense? I guess not.

I had to turn this ON since the filter would work erratically on chrome desktop / mobile. Sometimes it will load, sometimes it won't load. This option seems to fix that, but breaks how the filters in the widget work.
What could be going on?

This option automatically adds a filter above the list of products. If you are using a widget or shortcode to display the filter, you should disable this option. Multiple filters on the same page may conflict

One filter == 1 page, select for auto filter right option https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230605204008.png - for example 'No for mobile', or vice versa
Appears/Disappears - reset all kinds of cache on the site
