Addition: I am logged in but do not see button 'Private data for this topic?

Hi,

Hope this is a simple question:

we are using shortcode [woof] to display the filter on our (divi created) pages.

Some filters work just fine (like # of bottles and height, depth, width etc)

But some other do not: like the filters for 'product categories' and 'energy label' do not work.

I have tried all settings and would really appriate your help with this.

Please update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

Hello

I disabled this plugin - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240301131302.png - and I was able to see filters by category

I created a test page and the plugin works correctly - https://www.your_site.nl/test-woof/

https://www.your_site.nl/wijnklimaatkasten/  - on this category page there is a conflict with your permalink settings
