Just realized the filters seem to be behaving strangely and I can't find an option to change this behavior. To explain...

When an checkbox option is first clicked in the filter, that option disappears from the filterable criteria. (See below where By Grade: Elementary was selected. By Grade is no longer available)

Sometimes selecting a second filter will cause the first to become selectable again and removing the second. Is this an option that can be changed somewhere within the plugin? Is this intended functionality for checkboxes? Tested this on 1.3.3 and 1.3.4.2.

Hello

Please  check  the option - Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230727104616.png

If  no  luck - activate this  extension - https://products-filter.com/extencion/seo-url-request - and  init it - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230727105054.png

We've already had Swoof Influence option disabled. The SEO URL Request extension does clear up the issue, but changes the URL structure of our shop. That's not ideal for SEO and Google Analytics. Is there any other way to make it not freeze the latest filter option?

After hard refreshes, clearing cache, and incognito mode, my other team members are having problem getting this to work. They are not able to select multiple filters as the filters seem to be"locked".

Hello

That's not ideal for SEO and Google Analytics  - I'm sure bots can't use the filter.  So if you don't use the search link in the content this page can't be indexed. And this is not a problem either, the filter adds instructions to robots not to index the result pages. don't worry about SEO

Do you  use JS  optimization?

That's not my specialty, but the marketing director is concerned about the previous URL's that we have sent out and have records for within Google Analytics. We've done a good deal of advertising directing people to specific filtered pages. So we'd really prefer not to have those URL's change, if at all possible. Does that help?

We are not currently using JS optimization, but have in the past.

Hello

 We've done a good deal of advertising directing people to specific filtered pages.  - These links will still work and show the result of filtering

for some reason your site is not connecting  jQuery (when there is a search query) Perhaps you have restrictions on connecting JS libraries?
