So I am having a few issues with Mobile

  • First, I attempted to use the mobile_mode=1 with sections to keep things clean as I am using them elsewhere in desktop mode
    • This resulted in No section displaying in the popup, only the Search items not configured in a section.
  • Second, I tried to ditch the mobile_mode=0 and only use the Sections
    • This seemed to work until actually filtering something. Once any filtering has been done the sections no longer respond to taps. A page refresh is needed to get them to work

Code I am using: [woof is_ajax=1 sid="desk" mobile_mode=0 tax_only="product_tag,pa_product-type,pa_mystic-symbol,pa_magical-essence" taxonomies=product_cat:355 sections='pa_mystic-symbol+pa_magical-essence^More Filters' sections_type=tabs_checkbox]

[woof_products is_ajax=1 sid="desk" columns=5 per_page=18 taxonomies=product_cat:355 orderby=random_order]

Is there anyway to reinitialize the sections display after an ajax load or in some other way get it to respond?

Thanks in advance

I will leave the above code in place at this page so you can see it: https://www.equinox-apothecary.shop/the-shop/witchy-style/accessories/

Clearing this CSS display none code:

.woof_redraw_zone input[name="woof_section_tabs"] {
  1. /* display: none; */
Reveals a small checkbox above the non-functioning section header that can be clicked/unclicked in the same way the section title should be able to.
Still investigating but I hope that helps

Hello

Please note that scrolling does not work on the test page and I cannot test my filter

I'm not sure I know what you mean. The page linked works fine on all three of my test devices.

I see what you mean, someting is off with chrome... gimmie a sec to fix it

See, this is why I hate chrome. Ok. Now you are free to test.

Hello

Looks like I found the reason.

In the mobile version of the site, you have two absolutely identical filters(One hidden).  I don’t know how you create it - maybe you clone filters using JS

In any case, these filters have the same ID and this causes incorrect behavior. One page should have one filter

Ah, I was hoping you wouldn't say that :) But I am glad you had a definitive answer for me. Yes, I have two, to solve a layout issue between mobile and desktop.

I have been meaning to go through and find a better solution to the problem that necessitated two instances, I guess this is the kick in the butt I needed.

Thanks for your help!

Hello
