Hi Pablo,

I created a section and on the frontend, the section is appearing as shown below on the screenshot. But when i click on the plus icon, the accordion is not opening. Also after creating a section, i am not able to save it. No error is showing but the changes are not saved. Please login to my staging site and fix the issue.

Hello

The problem is in the visual editor block where you inserted the shortcode.

This block interferes with the HTML filter and adds extra tags.

I created a test page - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20250731122254.mp4

I added link to this test page in the private data

Solution: Try inserting the shortcode into another block

Hi Pablo,

I tried inserting shortcode in other block but still it doesn't work. Could you please navigate to Dashboard -> Apperance -> Editor -> Templates ->Product Catalog. And try to insert the shortcode in this template?

Also is the save option working on the sections? After creating the section, if i try to save, it is getting saved. The page refreshes and the changes are not saved. Did you check on that?
