Hello, We are very happy with our use of this plugin.

However, we are experiencing issues regarding how the search results look.

When filtering by Motor Run categories with over 800 results, the page looks very messy. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/motor-run-capacitors/?swoof=1

When filtering by a category with only 20 results, the results page looks clean which we like. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/motor-run-capacitors/dao-dal-motor-run-capacitors/?swoof=1

When trying to troubleshoot this, it seems like after a certain (400+) amount of results that is when the page looks messy. How can we fix this so that all search results look like this clean format. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/motor-run-capacitors/dao-dal-motor-run-capacitors/?swoof=1

I can be reached at jason@stellaredgegroup.com or 815-355-5889

Hello

Please  check  in  Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240112130410.png -  and do a test

When disabling swoof influence and using the search function, the search does not work anymore. We just get sent back to the homepage. When having it on, we are able to search like before. The 800 product category search looks very messy but the 100 product category search looks very clean.

Hello

Please try  to  activate  SEOURL - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240115123709.png

If filtering doesn't work - https://products-filter.com/make-page-builders-and-custom-template-filterable

These changes are not working. When making these edits individually or together, the search function completely stops working and will just take me to the home page.

What is causing this searched page filtering for Motor Run Capacitors (858 results) look very messy. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/motor-run-capacitors/?swoof=1

Our goal is to have all searches look like this page that has 66 results. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/high-voltage-dc-capacitors/cmp-high-voltage-capacitors/?swoof=1

Why do 2 different searches with the same settings look completely different? Shouldn't they all look the same? We did not change anything in the builder to create the layout which we like (https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/product-category/high-voltage-dc-capacitors/cmp-high-voltage-capacitors/?swoof=1) Your plugin created that layout which we like! We just want to make all searches no matter how many products to look like that.

It seems that the higher the search results, the more likely the search results page will look messy. Please let us know how this can be fixed as we do like this plugin.

Thank you.

Hello

This plugin does not and does not affect the display template

The links you gave me are not search links, they are links to the category page

When making these edits individually or together, the search function completely stops working and will just take me to the home page. - Because this third-party template doesn't listen to search queries

please give me a link to the shop  page

Thank you for this information.

Please visit this website. https://staging-capacitorindustriescom.kinsta.cloud/

Right below the main header is the search widget. Can you please use that search widget and filter by"Type -> Motor Run Capacitors (857)". I believe you seeing that will better understand the search page results that we do not want.

On the same link I provided, if you use that search widget and filter by"Type -> CBB5 Motor Run Capacitors(14)", you will see the search page results that we want. How can we get all search result pages to look like this one?

Thank you so much!

Hello

Please give me a link to the shop  page - This is very important! You should set up your shop page

Try  to enable SEO URL - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240117125212.png

Hello,

The page I am providing you is our shop page. If you scroll down then you would see the different modules of our product categories. Please follow the instructions below to better understand our issue.

Turning on the enable SEO URL causes our search to stop working completely.

Thank you so much!

Hello

I understood your problem perfectly, there is no need to repeat this more than once

For the plugin to work correctly, it is very important to configure the shop template. Because the plugin takes this template by default to display products

Turning on the enable SEO URL causes our search to stop working completely.  - I answered you here  - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240118123823.png and  here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240118123905.png

As I already wrote - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240118124041.png - that is, instead of filtering there is a redirect to the archive page - this is not correct. The reason may be code customization or a conflict with a third-party plugin (theme).  For this reason I asked to enable this option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240118124323.png This option changes the type of search query and it is possible that this conflict will not affect filtering

Keep in mind that filtering doesn’t work right now, it’s just a redirect to the category page. Therefore, I ask you to use the code for compatibility with third-party product templates
