Hello guys

I've bought the premium version and support for WOOF. In general the plugin works sensational. I have just one big problem.

On my shop page https://elefant.shop/shop/ the price filter doesn't work. If you change the price range nothing happens.

But if you choose another filter option. For examble a color or a size and change then the price filter, then it works.

That means the price filter just works in combination with other filters. Only the price filter for itself doesn't work.

Can someone help me.

Try  tio  disable  my  plugin  and  do  a test  with  native  woo price filter

I copy pasted the purchase code. I dont know where I find the licence key.

The native woo price filter also doesnt work when I deactivate your plugin.

All I can advise is that it will update the entire cache and transient in the woocommerce settings( https://c2n.me/4bdCqE3.png ).

And check if there is a message from woocommerce with a proposal to update the database
