The search bar isn't working when I first go to the page: https://thesavorygrape.com/shop/

When I am able to type in a search (after selecting a checkbox), it takes way too long to load. This is not the case on mobile for some reason.

I need this fixed asap, as it is related to sales.

The search problem is new after I installed the new version. The slowness has been a problem for the last week.

I've already tried the new plugin version. I've updated the password for the temp access. I cannot give you ftp, I use the file manager with my hosting company and I'm reluctant to give you access to that. Let me know if you find out anything after logging in.

I added a test version of the plugin( https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220701085320.png ) and everything works.

please  disable the old version and activate the test version of the plugin and do the test.  If everything goes well, remove the test version and update the plugin

 

The search field is missing in the test version.

Yes! The plugin has a different folder name, so the settings must be reactivated (extensions and filter settings)
