I purchased and installed your plugin. I am not possible to save some option settings.  I tried to increase max_input_vars, but limit given by my hosting supplier is 5000...
What can I do?

It means that so many taxonomies on your site are not suitable for your hosting.

Unfortunately, incorrect server settings are not a reason for the refund

And especially for such cases, we have a free version of the plugin, but it looks like you haven't used it.

I used the free version. But I did not recognize that the settings were not saved.

Probably because you had few toxanomies and server resources were sufficient for your store size.

But if you expand your store (website) you need more server resources

This problem is not mentioned anywhere. Also when saving your plugin settings there is not even error message. So how should I have recognized this problem before buying your Plugin? Also there is no documentation where I can read something about this requirements...

Unfortunately, insufficient server resources for the size of your store are not a reason for the  refund. You can easily check this by testing the plugin on a more powerful server or on a local server.

before buying you could test it with the free version - https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ - but you didn't use it

 

 

As I already told you I used the free version before I bought your plugin. When I tested the free version I also tried to change some options. Because I did not get any error message I did not recognize that the options were not saved successfully! So please refund my payment!

I'm sure you're not like that, but a lot of people buy the plugin and try to get their money back without adequate reason. To get the product for free

In any case, if we cannot come to an agreement, please open a dispute on envato. I think they will fairly solve this problem.
