Saving Color Attributes

I have a"color" attribute saved and I have the column displayed in the BEAR editor. If I edit a single row's color attribute, it says saves and adds the color to the attribute cell. If I refresh the page it reverts back to empty. I thought maybe I was not waiting long enough for the save so attempted again. It still did not save the change permanently even though it displayed a saved message.
I tired to do a bind edit for the color attribute. A similar problem occurs. If I select 5 items to and toggle binding and make the color attribute change, save, and refresh. All colors ARE saved with the EXCEPTION of whichever item I made the edit to. So if I selected all 5 and made the color change to #1, then after refreshing #1 is reverted back to empty.
If I manually go through the Woocommerce product page and change the attribute it saves permanently.
Wordpress and all plugins are up-to-date.

Added. Please take care as I have live data and inventory listed.
Again, things appear to save and a message says it saved but when refreshed it reverts back. The bulk binding works on everything but the item that was changed to initiate the bulk change.
Please do a test

It seems to occur when I use filtering. Here is a video https://www.screencast.com/t/SdMem8eCLe
In the first portion I do a single edit on 9948 and then a bind edit 9950 and 9951. The bind one seemed to keep the changes which doesn't always happen. The single edit you can see upon refreshing reverts back to"no items" on 9948.
I repeat it with another bind edit with 9948 and 9949. I make the color edit on 9949. It changes both of them but upon refreshing 9949 reverts back to"no items."
So I guess it's a bug with filtering which makes it very difficult to make bulk changes when I can't narrow down the items that need to have the changes made or tags added.
