Hello!

I understand that woocommerce does not have 'timing functionality' for sales, it only can be set for midnight and it is ok for me.

The problem I'm facing is the following: when I set a product's 'sale time from' value from woocommerce product editor, it is working properly. If I set the same value from woobe, the date receives a +4 hour value, and the actual sale price does not change - even after 4 hours.

I compared the two $product->get_date_on_sale_from() values:

[date] => 2020-10-08 00:00:00.000000 - OK! (set from woocommerce product editor)
[date] => 2020-10-08 04:00:00.000000 - not OK (set from woobe)

I live in UTC+2 timezone, so I have no idea where this 4 hour 'delay' is coming from...

Could you please check this issue? Thank you

Hello

which version(number) of the plugin are you using?

I tried with both 2.0.6 and 2.0.6.1 - the issue was the same.

Hello

Ok!Ā  Very strange. we fixed it!

PleaseĀ  addĀ  FTP+wp-admin access I willĀ  checkĀ  it -Ā  https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png ->https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png

Thank you!

I provided all access.

Hello

PleaseĀ  checkĀ  your FTP access

Hello!

Sorry I didn't receive notification about your reply. The FTP access was configured to allow only SFTP, now it accepts FTP and SFTP as well. Please check if it is ok.

Hello

I did test with latestĀ  version 2.0.6.2Ā  Ā - https://c2n.me/49SgLEK - it looks like the plugin sets the same values as woocommerce

TryĀ  toĀ  installĀ  latestĀ  version and do a test

Codecanyon states that the latest update was on 17 November 20 (which must be the new update), but from My Codecanyon account I only can download version 2.0.6.1.

Where do I find 2.0.6.2?

Hello

Sorry!Ā  My fault. Latest version - 2.0.6.1

I added new version link to hidden data. pleaseĀ  installĀ  it andĀ  do a test

YES. Perfect! Now it saves the same value as woocommerce

Great support! Thank you
