Reset button not working

We use HUSKY filter on the multisite network, and for some unknown reason, the reset button works on one sub-site but not the others.
All of the plugins are updated to the latest versions as of this post.
URL of the working site: Buyswag Wholesale Catalog
URL of one of the sites where the filter doesn't work: BGCBC
Using the BGCBC website as an example, if you were to click the reset button, it does not reset the selected options.
There are no errors in the console when checked in the inspect tool, but I did notice something that might point to the issue:
On the working website, when a filter option is selected, the URL has the following parameters added to it: https://catalog.buyswag.store/swoof1/product_cat-hats/
However, on the non-working website, when a filter option is selected, the URL has the following parameters added: https://bgcbc.buyswag.store/Product%20Filter/product_cat-hats/
I noticed the working website has /swoof1/ while the non-working website has /Product%20Filter/ in the parameters.
Perhaps it is not clearing because the Reset button is set to only clear the part of the URL after /swoof1/ ?
If so, how do we fix that?
Please respond as soon as possible as we need the shop filters to work in order to launch the websites.
