Reset button not working
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hello
It looks like it's a JS conflict with a third party plugin OR theme
Try to disable all plugins except woo+woof and do a test
If no luck - try to install another theme
