During my use of the HUSKY plugin, I experienced multiple ongoing technical issues that significantly impacted my workflow and made the plugin difficult to use as intended.

Filters behaved inconsistently across product categories, and certain filter settings would reset or conflict with other plugins. In several cases, changes did not apply correctly, requiring repeated adjustments and testing. The plugin also caused instability when working with a large and structured product catalog, which is a core use case for this type of tool.

Because of these issues, tasks that should have been straightforward became time-consuming and required constant troubleshooting. I spent a significant amount of time trying to diagnose problems and work around limitations rather than focusing on building and optimizing the website.

Despite attempting troubleshooting and configuration changes, the issues persisted. As a result, the plugin did not function as advertised for my setup and negatively affected productivity and progress. For these reasons, I am requesting a refund.

What about instable work of the plugin, next reasons could be:

  • weak hosting
  • conflict with another plugins or themes
  • unprofessionalism of the developer of the site
