Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased your plugin yesterday and have encountered some issues:
- Exporting to CSV produces a
.txtformat instead. - An error occurs when attempting to export to XML.
- The"Select All" checkbox is not available.
I am using a MacBook Pro M1 running macOS version 14.6.1.

Hi Pablo,
previously I was working with a developer to implement the website , due to his work he installed the plugin and it was working fine . Due to some technical issues i had to reset the wordpress and bought the plugin in order to have my own then i discovered this issue , what i want to say is that it was working well with me when i had it free from someone now when i purchased it it is not .
I checked the plugin - everything works correctly except for loading the CSV file, but this does not depend on my plugin. Even the links to the file are correct - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250109125218.png
Which file is loaded depends on the server

Most likely these are meta fields and I think they can be added as meta fields - https://bulk-editor.com/video#video_1290 and https://bulk-editor.com/video#video_3044

Those fields are not available in the plugin . You know most of venders work with EAN , also i cant use the cost and margin. please see the link.

I have other problem , i cannot find the product cost field in the settings although my freind has it but he purchased it in 2023.
Pablo , This is a very important field , I need to put the costing in order to calculate my profit and margin .
also export to CSV is giving Text instead
it seems when you did the select all it fixed this one .
