The problem is that it counts as a word and you need an exact match.

An  example:

ML'articolo {TITLE} risulta pratico e comodo. .L'articolo {TITLE} risulta pratico e comodo.   replace to  M. L'articolo {TITLE} risulta pratico e comodo.
