Hey there. This question may have already been asked, so I apologize in advance.

A long time ago, I installed your plugin on one of my domains. Later the site got infected, and I completely wiped it.

Today I tried to activate the plugin, but it says itโ€™s already being used somewhere, so activation isnโ€™t possible. I tried to find an account where I could manage the plugins, but I couldnโ€™t find it.

What should I do?

I think I understand the issue - you likely have the FREE version installed from WordPress.org, and you're trying to install the PRO (premium) version now.

Here's how to fix it:

Step 1: Remove the FREE version

  1. Go to WordPress Admin โ†’ Plugins
  2. Press Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on Mac) and search for"HUSKY" or"WOOF"
  3. Find the plugin and click Deactivate then Delete

Step 2: Install PRO version

  1. Upload and install your premium version ZIP file
  2. Activate it

That's it! The PRO version will work without any activation codes.

Note: Our plugins don't use purchase code activation - if you purchased the PRO version, you simply install and use it directly.
