The plugin filter is not compatible with the product table I use.

After filtering the page needs to be refreshed to display the search results.

If there is no solution I would like a refund.

Disable AJAX mode in the plugin settings and use it in redirection mode this works fine: https://www.essenjy.fr/boutique/swoof/product_cat-electronique/ - just disable ajax, OR you can enable ajax-redrawing for filter form and set filter button for customers

No it's not working. I disabled ajax in the setting menu and add the parameter is_ajax=0 in the shortcode.

You need to refresh the page with F5 to force the results to show up.

 

Edit:

I could make it work as you said with redrawing autosubmit=1 ajax_redraw=1  (I need to press the filter button, and then the page is reloaded )BUT the reset button for filter doesn't refresh the page to display all the products. It resets only the filters not the results.

I think there is a compatibility issue with your filter plugin and the product table  plugin used...

Yes, it looks like the current third-party template is not compatible with ajax mode.

Check the settings of this table, maybe caching is activated there

Hello, Cache is disabled on the plugin.

Since you provided no working solution, I requested a refund.

That's not what I want but I can't use the plugin in this situation...

I am confident that if I ask the developer of the other plugin, they will also claim that their plugin works fine with standard templates.

I'm not trying to find a responsible party in this situation; there is none. Instead, I'm seeking a fair and honest decision, given that you have witnessed that your plugin doesn't work properly on my website.
