Unfortunately, this is not a reason for the refund - Read this - https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy#not-refundable
This plugin didn't end up working how I was hoping - Please read the description before buying. The plugin also has a free version so that the user can test the filter.
wasn't compatible with other plugins - incompatibility with third party plugins is not a reason for the refund because we cannot be responsible for third party code

Quote from trevnet on July 12, 2022, 01:42I did read your description very carefully. Your description said nothing about the features I assumed would be there. For instance:
- I didn't want categories to disappear if the category you're in doesn't have child categories. There was NO option to always show all categories.
- Brands: which is a related taxonomy, didn't work like categories. I expected it to only display brands that are related to products in the currently selected category. It displayed them all. Clicking on the brand didn't work either. It selected the brand but the results never changed.
- Text search didn't work.
- Color filter didn't work. It only showed black boxes and didn't get the selected color from the attribute as expected.
- It took extensive styling to make it look remotely like my theme. You shouldn't add such hardcoded styling. Your plugin should use industry standard code structure and classes and modern layout html so it's easier to adapt on it's own to Woocommerce and themes.
All of these items would never have been able to discovered without trying your premium version. So perhaps I used the wrong terminology in my original post and this greater detail will help. I was trying to save time.
I've wasted a lot of time in trying to get this to work how I expected it to and now you're making me waster more time in explaining clearly why I'd like a refund for a plugin I will NOT be using in the future.

1) Because it doesn't make any sense! It is not possible to show products from another category on a category page. Filtering result will always return zero products.
2) It looks like you didn't set up the plugin correctly. My test - https://c2n.me/4g83rHy
3) We have two text searches, have you tried both?
4) To configure the plugin, you should read the documentation. didn't get the selected color from the attribute as expected - Of course! Because it is a function of a third party plugin and my plugin has nothing to do with this functionality. to properly set up the filter by color, you need to select the colors on the filter structure page. My test - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220712094706.png If you watch the video you will learn how to set up this type of filter - https://products-filter.com/video#beGT6p_look
5) Styles are just your subjective opinion. And in any case, you saw on the demo site before buying what style the plugin has. By the way, the plugin has an option to disable styling of all dropdowns and checkboxes
All of these items would never have been able to discovered without trying your premium version - This is not true. Only the filter by color is not possible to test on the free version. Hiding empty terms can be checked by counter
now you're making me waster more time in explaining clearly why I'd like a refund for a plugin - Because at the time of purchase you agree to the rules of this platform. You must provide a reason to receive the refund. ( I didn't make it up, it's the rules you agreed to ) Unfortunately, if you can't set up the plugins correctly, or the plugin doesn't have a non-existent feature, or you don't like the plugin's styles, this is not a reason for the refund
I do not mind giving the refund if it really has errors that cannot be quickly fixed( Errors that are not related to third-party plugins ).
If you disagree with me, please open a dispute on envato
