Thank you.

Quote from fazhek on October 9, 2023, 09:29I have just discovered that Redis gets cleared even when I just look up any item from the editor search bar. For example, I type in DAM, press the funnel icon (search), and Redis cache gets cleared.

my plugin does not have a function to clear the Redis cache
Perhaps the caching plugin reacts to some events

Quote from fazhek on October 10, 2023, 08:23Redis Object Cache is cleared even when I just load BEAR pro in the backend (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=woobe).
Redis on my webshop doesn't get cleared when accessing any other plugin, so this is clearly related to BEAR pro plugin.
I am not using any other caching plugin but Redis.

Quote from fazhek on October 10, 2023, 14:57Much appreciated for your time. I have added the sensitive data. Please mind the fact that the site is live.
I check Redis cache status here:
/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=redis-cache#metricsAfter any of these actions in BEAR Bulk Editor, the cache there clears:
after accesing the editor, searching for product, changing any product data

Quote from fazhek on October 13, 2023, 15:44I have connected to admin and noticed you have disabled some plugins. As I noted, this site is live and all plugins that are enabled can not be deactived to ensure needed user experience. Please use my staging site instead if this kind of work is needed to be done from your side.

Quote from fazhek on October 13, 2023, 17:25Oh some update must have messed up the plugins then.
I have commented out the line and the Redis cache doesn't clear anymore. Thank you very much for support.
Will this fix be included in the next update?

I passed this to the developers. I think in the next version we will make it possible to disable this using an option or a hook
