The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. As Quick Search relies upon the JSON data file - when the file is recreated (which has to be done manually) it destroys the old file and for the 15 minutes it takes to recreate (10,000 products) the Search facility is not working.
Is it possible for the code to create a second file and then delete the first one when it has finished? This would mean that search would work all the time.
