Hello,

I am using woocommerce attributes to filter the products. It works very well, thank you!

2 questions:

  • Is it possible to set a specific attribute filter to only show in the quick search container and not in the sidebar?
  • Is it possible to preset an attribute filter to a specific term?

Thanks and Kind Regards from New Zealand, Chris.

Hello Chris

  1. Read  this  please - https://products-filter.com/extencion/quick-search/
  2. Please  describe  it  in  more  detail

Hi Pablo,

thanks for the quick reply.

2: “preset a filter “ means that a term of an attribute filter is already chosen (tick checkbox) when the shop page is opened.

Best would be to have an option under structure/filter/additional options where you could choose a term to default the filter to.

Hope this explains it.

Cheers, C.

The plugin has a similar functionality, but in this case the user will not be able to cancel  “preset a filter “
