Due to layout changes from mobile - desktop the positional CSS anchor for the scroll to top isn't exactly where I need it.
jQuery('html, body').animate({
scrollTop: jQuery(".flexy_anchor").offset().top
}, 777);
works but is there a way to offset the function + or - X pixels from the target anchor?
