Putting WOOF widget & Controlling it with shortcode/HTML

I want to add hierarchial drop down on page http://www.flashbook.co.nz
I want it to work the same way as-

I know that I can put the WOOF widget and change the options (https://c2n.me/42WGNig.png).
But I need to add this widget in different locations and many of these are not available in the back end. How do I do this? Is there a HTML code or short code I can use.
