hi,

when the category results are filtered, the page title is not updating with dynamic values. It currently displays Productspagesepsitename%%

I'd like this to retain the category and add the filtered name.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature

Can it be edited so it's relevant to the page content at all? or at least to make it better looking?

You can try to use  this  extension - https://products-filter.com/extencion/seo-url-request - use  SEO  rules to change the page title
