Hi,

My page is a Wordpress based web page, and I'm using Elementor.

I have a problem after using the filter button. The page the filter is sending me to does not display correctly.

I would like to have some help.

Hello again,

I have that option disabled. When I filter, it is always showing the next page trying to show the filters, but it shows only a blurry box and nothing else.

Now I have removed plugins to check if there was an incompatibility, but it is not working yet.

What else can I do?

Do you use JS file optimization? I see that for some reason the filter JS files are not loading

Please disable this optimization and do a test

Hello

Yes, I see that the JS file is not connected. Perhaps these are your custom settings for loading JS files only on specific pages.

I couldn't find the problem, I think there is something wrong with my installation but I don't see where is the problem. So I just try another thing.

Hello

Please try to  disable SEO URL ( https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240718113326.png ) then the URL will not change. This is not a solution to the problem, it is a workaround.
