Hi there,

 

I am having issues with getting the products in our store to filter automatically. I have enabled 'Autosubmit' and 'Set filter automatically' as well as set 'Try to ajaxify the shop' to 'No', however they filters still don't apply. It seems like the filter tries to apply automatically as the count of items changes, however the products shown don't change.

I was wondering if there is a way to fix this please?

Unfortunately our site is still under development so a login is required to view it.

My apologies, I was wondering where this option can be found?

I can see on other support tickets it's shown as below, though I cannot find this screen. We currently have WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter v.3.3.0 which looks to have a different layout.

Update  the  plugin  to latest  version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I've added our licence key and updated the plugin from Wordpress.

 

I'm afraid I've also noticed that an issue where when products are filtered, the reusable block at the bottom of the product category vanishes as shown below:

I was wondering if this is something that can be resolved? I'm more than happy to raise this as a new ticket if you would prefer.
