Product Variations Not Appearing in Filter Results

I’m using the HUSKY (WOOF) Pro plugin, and I have a situation where product variations are displayed as standalone items in my shop archive, but they do not appear in the filter results when selecting an attribute.
For example, I have a variable product with over 80 variations (based on global attributes). Each variation is visible on the shop page (I use a function/plugin to list them individually), but when I use the filters, only the parent product is returned — not the matching variations.
I didn t find the “Search in product variations” option in the plugin settings.
Could you please let me know:
What are the exact steps to ensure filters include variations displayed as standalone products?
Is there any additional configuration I’m missing?
Can variations be indexed and filtered separately from their parent?

This is an incompatibility with a third party plugin.
Product and variant are different types of posts. And the filter searches by products.
