since we are using Woobe, we are not able to manually reorder the products in the shop.

thank you so much. I just changed the settings, but with no effect. I also deleted cache.

May I ask you to have a look at it?

thank you for your answer. I found out the problem this morning. It was another sorting problem which I deactivated.
