Product Sort not working

I'm running Elementor PRO and WooCommerce 4.8.0.
I'm not certain whether Products Filter effects product sort, but I'm experiencing an issue whereby the product sort function loads correctly as the menu order default as desired, but when selecting sort by price (high to low OR low to high) the results are not in order.
I've tried regenerating look up tables, but it hasn't worked.
I am also enquiring with Elementor and WooCommerce, but it would be helpful if you have experienced this with other users of Products Filter and have some info that would help.

This is a filter plugin and does not affect the sorting of products
Hi Pablo - I appreciate your response, but I think it may not be correct in this instance.
When a user selects a product order via the product sort order drop down box WOOF Products Filter is triggered, so that the products within the filters selected are shown in the order chosen.
It is clear there is an interaction between the two related functions.
Could you please look into whether or not there is a compatibility issue between them or something else i am not seeing.
