Product images and links constantly being deleted by a cron job

We have a serious problem. Our product images and the links of these images constantly being deleted by a cron job in short periods (~once a week). The mysql queries are keeping maximum in server and sth triggering this bulk delete. It only deletes the product images and links of the items"in stock". As you can see from the images below, when we filter a) the items in stock + b) the items without thumbnails from BEAR Bulk Editor, the count of deleted items is constantly increasing. I do not know it's related to BEAR Bulk Editor but we have no other extensions that directly related with image / bulk edit. Have you ever encountered anything like this?

This is 100% unrelated to my plugin. BEAR has no cron jobs
Do you have a product sync plugin?
Or perhaps optimization plugins
