Hi there

I have the filters running and currently working.

The sizing is perfect. However for items"instock" when checking the box it still lists products which are out of stock or on back order.

Does the plugin see products on backorder as in stock?

thanks

Robin

Hello Robin

Please  check  option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210817133627.png

To  exclude  products  on  backorder - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210817133822.png

Drop me  exacyt link to the  issue

Thanks for the response Pablo.

So to confirm, without the premium version, products on backorder are seen as to being instock?

I have added the site url and a product where the issue is occuring.

Essentially I have set the shoe size and instock but it returns products with that size where the size is on backorder.

Hello

To exclude products on backorder  you  need the premium version

Or

try  in  file  - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\ext\by_instock\index.php - change  this  line - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210818140709.png

To:

'value' => array('outofstock', 'onbackorder'),//instock,outofstock

Brilliant that worked, thank you.

Will I need to make this update again when updating the plugin?

Hello

Unfortunately yes

Not a problem, so I appear to still have the issue where products on back order are still showing up for the variable when in stock is applied.

Is this guaranteed to work if I purchase the pro version?

private URL's updates

Hello

Yes, there may be problems with variable products

Try  in  file  - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\ext\by_instock\index.php - change  this  line - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210901130847.png
