Dear Support,

Thanks for Your work, you made a great plugin. Please help me below:

I have a 1600 product webshop. I’ve added a lot of Attributes to each product and category. Unfortunately, there are only two of the Product Filter Widget, though there are many. Here’s an example:

I set 16 options for sorting filter, set it products, but it shows only two (“Rustic válogatás” and “Hobbi”).

But the same is true for all other filters.

Please help me!

Dear Pablo,

We purchased the Plugin on Themforest on May 31, 2019, and I'm attaching an invoice about it („Private data info”). Unfortunately, our colleague is no longer working for the company and we are unable to access the Envato account to retrieve the purchase key. Your email account has been deleted.

Please help support us with the attached documents to fix this error so we don't lose another day of mail.

We also wrote to Themforest to help us recover my account, but unfortunately, time has passed and they haven't responded yet.

Thank you for being flexible with the problem and helping us with our work!

Unfortunately we do not support products without the license
