Product Filter showing different result in Topics page that WooCommerce Shop

I'm using WooCommerce on my website.
My shop page is https://www.aot.edu.au/courses/
when I use the filter here, all the courses are showing correctly. They are filtered via product category and product topic
however, when I go to the individual topic pages, the filter doesn't show all of the courses..

On the taxonomy page, the filter only shows the children of the current taxonomy.
if the current taxonomy has no child elements, the filter will show nothing

Yes, everything seems to be working correctly.
course topic - do not have child elements, therefore it is not displayed on the taxonomy page
oh, can you guide me on how to configure it so that it both display the same number of products?

So currently the when you go to https://www.aot.edu.au/courses/?swoof=1&paged=1&topic=soft-skills the result is different, the items showing here is complete. There are 11 products all together.
However, when I view it here https://www.aot.edu.au/topic/it-computer-skills/ not all of the products are showing, there are only 5 products showing. I'm not sure why.. :( hope you can help..
