Product filter and reset not working

I am having an issue with the filter and reset. Neither are working correctly. The filter works fine if it is set to filter automatically, but when the filter is a button is does not do anything. Same with the reset, when I click the button nothing happens. I have already updated to the latest version and uninstalled it and nothing has worked.
