Can you use https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ ? I have it installed on the hosting.

Unfortunately, I don't know why and how this third-party plugin changes the search query.
Perhaps you set it up in settings of template. For example, show products from only one category or products in stock
